Once again, looking through each and every email, as well as listening carefully
to some questions you slip in during a call - here are the questions and answers - as always, answered directly and honestly

This FAQ/FRH (!) gets a whole load of 'hits'
GENUINE CALLER QUESTIONS: / HEARSAY
1. Do you tell callers simply what they want to hear?
(a) Absolutely not! I would no more compromise the integrity of
spirit, along with my own and the person calling. When a negative situation is apparent, and I 'feel' that the caller is chasing
a hopeless cause, I have to share that. HOWEVER, it is important that I ensure choices and other solutions and avenues are

or #1 - - - so how can EVERY ADVISOR (including you) on Keen be the the best?
(a) Everyone has an advisor with whom they can 'click' with,
and it is fully justified in my humble opinion that they too refer to themselves as the best.
However the RATING points system is a combination of accuracy, reliability, consistancy and continual high ratings in terms of call quality
- NOT the MOST calls; I have worked very hard and for long hours to serve others to earn my rightful claim
to being # 1 on the UK site - which is my official ranking by right.
3. You do it just for the money!
(a) I would have little time to earn a living, therefore Keen is
4. Why can people never seem to catch you or get hold of you to
speak to at a set time?
(a) It is highly unlikely that
you will see me just advertising myself on Keen, waiting for calls. Most of my work is from callbacks, and appointments.
In order to be able to
appear on the front page or in a noticeable space, you have to pay Keen for that privelige - they are called featured listings
- and the advisor pays to be "featured" - and pays Keen each
time a seeker clicks on their listing and calls them - known as 'positive leads' in sales . . . I think its an EXCELLENT idea
as it gives new advisors immediate exposure - and there really IS so much talent on Keen & Ingenio.
HOWEVER the foremost
reason is that I only come onto Keen (online) when I am feeling totally tuned in. As I said, 99% of my work on Keen
is derived from callbacks or appointments.
6. How do you really know how people feel or is it just a guess?
(a) A question that is answered thoroughly throughout the FAQ- I was born with the gift and am of true Romany Lineage. It would take an awful lot of
guessing! It may be helpful to know that I speak to an average of 65% Females, 20% men, and 15% gay/alternative - so
it helps me to really understand how your problem affects your life.
7. Who do YOU have to talk to?
(a) My Gran and other kindred
spirits - (Heaven and Earth!) I don't call
other advisors on Keen, as it's a little like a 'busman's holiday' - : )
8. Why do you feel that saying you are #1 on Keen (UK) is a good thing?
(a) I don't remember saying its a good thing - BUT It is
a huge responsibility, Ot doesn't matter what you call yourself - as long as whatever it is it's RESPONSIBLE.
I have to take regular sabbaticals and work a great
deal on my own spirituality to constantly deliver 100% Plus. From what I can see there is no going back! - and am looking
forward to my 20,000 milestone.
9. Do you make notes about calls to refer to next time?
(a) No - I re-tune into their energy, and have a gift for
remembering people's energy fields and their situations - because I am genuinely interested in those who call me.
10. Do you tell people the truth even if it may hurt?
(a) See answer 1
11. Do you ever refuse to take a call? I heard you do sometimes?
(a) I often get an over-whelming feeling before a call comes through
sometimes, and either my dear Gran is spirit or my guides let me know that the information I have may not be useful to them
personally. So yes, I often write to the caller BEFORE taking the call, as I cannot allow myself to allow people to spend
their hard earned money needlessly. If I remember correctly, I have done this around 4 times in the last year.
I DO try to ensure the caller understands that this is not because their
is 'bad luck' and certainly nothing 'personal' - and I do write at length to explain this. Some take it thankfully, others
make it absolutely clear that they are not so thankful!
12. Why are their several 'disclaimers' and references to Membership
and Advisor rules on your pages?
(a) Its because Keen take very struct and immediate action
if an advisor breaks their contract. The pointers to the information simply show that my hands are tied in terms of inviting
or accepting invitations to contact callers outside of Keen.
As an example, it is necessary for me to keep Keen informed of any 'group
meditation' activity as well as other services offered.
It is quite understandable that Keen do not wish to have their clients
taken from the site.
13,000 real Rating Points on Keen . . .
So many of you have written to congratulate me on reaching my milestone of 10,000 points on
the Keen.Co.UK site THANK YOU - I TREASURE YOUR SUPPORT - I'd like to comment that for me, although I can see it is an achievement
- it goes much deeper than that. Each 2 points was earned by receiving a five star rating. That tells me I am serving you
as best as I can.
Moreover, the milestone of 10,000 points is really symbolic of the goal that I set for myself.
Sorry if this sounds a little conceited, but, when I joined Keen,
I ABSOLUTELY KNEW that by giving my all that I would SUCCEED. REMEMBER - The rating isn't just a bunch of points - the 5 star that you see next to a listing represents an advisors commitment, talent, professionalism
and reliability to their callers. That's what I set out to do. The competition was extremely hard, and I have worked alongside
some highly advisors, I'd like to say that maybe the 'edge' that I had was a combination of issues:
All that is said about me on my HOMEPAGE is true - I really HAVE earned my position, I really
have done all the things mentioned.
However, I decided when I joined Keen that I would give up socialising, depart from my live
in relationship, become vegetarian, and in doing so I could have a clear path forward to REALLY give myself to others who
call. I regret NOT one second!
